This is 1,000 messages written by your users. Messages sent by your chatbots are not taken into account. Test messages sent through the Tail.ai interface are not counted either.

We would like to give you the opportunity to test your chatbots with your customers. It is therefore possible to deploy your chatbots on the channel of your choice. When 1,000 messages have been sent to your chatbot, it will stop answering. We will of course notify you in advance so that you can upgrade your plan.

The monthly price of the subscribed plan, as well as the price related to the messages answered, will be invoiced jointly at the end of each month, on the anniversary day of your subscription.

No! You can create your first chatbot and deploy it for free, without registering your payment method. You will only be required to do so to pay bills related to your subscribed plan.

On the anniversary day of your subscription, we count all the last month period messages that your customers have exchanged with the chatbots that you own (only on the deployed channels, not the discussions on the Tail.ai interface).
The number of messages is related to each of the price ranges (see above), the ranges are summed. For example, if you consume 43,000 messages, you will be charged €1,325:
10,000 messages at 50€ per 1,000 messages, i.e. 500€ + 33,000 messages at 25€ per 1,000 messages, i.e. 825€.
